Select ingredients are administered by a staff of local, experienced registered nurses in a relaxing, warm, comfortable environment. Our menu of curated-IV cocktails aim to address common concerns that include illness recovery, athletic recovery and performance enhancement, dehydration and/or “hangover”, jet lag or travel preparation, metabolism, beauty (think hair, skin, nails and ANTIAGING) and overall wellness. Don’t see an IV cocktail on our menu that meets your needs? Build your own IV infusion with the add-on ingredients that you feel will help you most! Memberships ARE available!

Laura Reddington, RN
Owner & Founder of Recovery Room
Laura is a registered nurse with 17+ years of patient care experience. After attending Northeastern University in Boston near her childhood home in Massachusetts, she also attended the University of Southern Maine here in Portland, earning bachelor degrees in both Exercise Physiology and Nursing. Laura is certified and highly trained in the craft of medical aesthetics and cosmetic injectables, launching her brand, Elle Medical Aesthetics, in 2016. A life long lover of fitness and wellness coupled with Laura's education and experience in both exercise, metabolism and healthcare makes her a reliable resource for cutting edge anti-aging, performance-enhancing and wellness treatments.
Tori Tenenbaum, RN
Co-founder, IV Injector
Tori earned her Bachelors in Nursing degree at St. Joseph's College in 2015. Since then, Tori has worked at Maine Medical Center in the operating room.
As an instructor at Jibe Cycling studio, Tori understand what it’s like to want to bounce back. Tori’s goal for you is to leave the Recovery Room feeling refreshed and ready to continue on with your day!
Alex Thompson, RN BSN

Alex graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from St. Joseph's College in 2016. Currently she is a nurse in the PACU (post anesthesia care unit) at Maine Medical Center.
Alex also works as Pilates instructor at Salud Portland.
